$125 diagnostic visit — fee waived when Cloud 504 is hired for the approved repair or installation.

On-site troubleshooting for cameras, NVRs, alarms, access control, intercoms, remote viewing, recording, alerts, and related security-system issues. The visit covers initial diagnostics, connection and device checks, basic testing, and a recommended next step.

Invoice Use

• Use as the initial on-site diagnostic labor line.
• Replacement parts, cable, mounts, licenses, and extended repair labor are separate.
• If Cloud 504 is hired to complete the approved corrective work, this $125 diagnostic fee is waived from the project total.
