What This Service Includes
- Compatibility and connection review
- Headset pairing or physical connection
- Basic audio and control configuration
- Call-quality test and user handoff
The included work covers the basic service described above under ordinary, accessible conditions. Before the appointment, the customer should provide accurate contact information, safe access to the work area, available administrator or service credentials, and any known information about the existing equipment. Special access, lifts, construction, electrical work, after-hours scheduling, correction of unrelated problems, and additional technicians are outside the starting scope.
Product and System Compatibility
The customer-selected product must be compatible with the existing system, network, power source, mounting location, service platform, and intended use. Required subscriptions, licenses, adapters, mounts, batteries, cables, storage, and manufacturer accessories are separate unless expressly included. Model-specific requirements will be reviewed before work begins whenever adequate documentation and site information are available.
Pricing and Additional Work
The listed amount is the starting price for a basic installation or configuration. Final pricing may change with site conditions, distance, wall or ceiling access, mounting height, equipment condition, materials, licenses, cabling, travel, return visits, and additional labor. Any material expansion of the approved scope will be explained before extra billable work proceeds.
Professional Service
Cloud 504 Technologies will confirm the requested outcome, perform the approved work, test the completed basic scope, and explain any recommended next step. The finished service will be documented sufficiently to support future troubleshooting, maintenance, replacement, or expansion.
