Meta and Facebook User Data Deletion

Cloud 504 Technologies LLC respects your privacy and provides this page to explain how users can request deletion of data associated with our Meta/Facebook app integrations.

How to request deletion

If you have used a Cloud 504 application or service that connects with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another Meta platform and you want data associated with that connection deleted, email support@cloud504.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the applicable account or connection, such as your name, email address, and the Meta account or Page involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment information, MFA codes, private keys, or other sensitive credentials.

What happens after a request

Cloud 504 will review the request, verify the identity or authority of the requester when necessary, and delete or disconnect data associated with the applicable Meta integration that Cloud 504 controls, subject to any information we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or contractual purposes.

If data is stored directly by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another third-party service, their own privacy and deletion procedures may also apply.
