On-Site A/V Visit
$125, waived if hired
On-Site A/V Visit: An on-site visit to review mounting locations, wiring paths, audio zones, display placement, or A/V troubleshooting. The service is designed for a clearly defined need, with the starting scope and price shown before scheduling. It can be purchased as a standalone task or used as the first step in a larger project when additional equipment or labor is required.
What This Service Includes
- Site walkthrough
- Mounting review
- Wiring path review
- Quote credit if hired
The included work covers the basic service described above. Before the appointment, the customer should provide accurate contact information, site access, available account or administrator credentials, and any known details about the current equipment. Work that requires special access, additional technicians, after-hours scheduling, or correction of unrelated problems is outside the basic scope.
Who This Service Is For
This service is a practical fit for homes, offices, meeting rooms, churches, restaurants, retail spaces, and customer areas that need dependable sound or video. It is appropriate for a new setup, a planned change, an upgrade, or troubleshooting when the request can be scoped to the listed service. Larger projects can begin with this service and move to a written proposal after the site and technical requirements are confirmed.
Planning and Compatibility
Planning may include room layout, mounting surfaces, viewing or listening positions, signal paths, power, cable routes, source equipment, control, and required accessories. Existing equipment must be compatible and in serviceable condition. The customer is responsible for providing authorized access to systems and accounts. Data recovery, construction, electrical work, permits, concealed damage, provider charges, and manufacturer subscriptions are not included unless specifically stated.
Pricing and Scope
The listed visit price is charged for the on-site assessment and is waived when the customer hires us for the resulting quoted project. Equipment, materials, permits, and work outside the visit are separate. Any change to the requested scope will be explained before extra billable work proceeds.
Professional Service
Cloud 504 Technologies will confirm the requested outcome, perform the approved work, test the result that is reasonably available at the time of service, and explain any recommended next step. The completed service will be documented well enough to support future troubleshooting or expansion.
