Planning and Compatibility

Existing equipment must be compatible and in serviceable condition. The customer is responsible for providing authorized access to systems and accounts. Data recovery, construction, electrical work, permits, concealed damage, provider charges, and manufacturer subscriptions are not included unless specifically stated.

Pricing and Scope

The listed visit price is charged for the on-site assessment and is waived when the customer hires us for the resulting quoted project. Equipment, materials, permits, and work outside the visit are separate. Any change to the requested scope will be explained before extra billable work proceeds.

Professional Service

Cloud 504 Technologies will confirm the requested outcome, perform the approved work, test the result that is reasonably available at the time of service, and explain any recommended next step. The completed service will be documented well enough to support future troubleshooting or expansion.
